1. Returns
Under Finnish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
2. How to Return
Contact us at contactus@valtoranouyz.world to initiate a return. You must inform us of your decision within the withdrawal period. Return the product to the address we provide.
3. Refund
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will use the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
4. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Applicable Law
Finnish law applies. Finnish Consumer Ombudsman (Kuluttajansuoja) protects consumer rights.
